Work alongside the senior leadership team to set strategic direction and pursue new opportunities. Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes. Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice benchmarks. About You Degree in Civil Engineering; CPEng or equivalent highly regarded. 10 years in consulting, with significant experience across land development projects. Strong leadership background, including team management and project oversight. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to negotiate and secure long-term partnerships. Commercial acumen with a track record in business development. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, sustainability, and emerging urban development trends. Why This Role?
