You will have an appetite for getting in front of clients, a flair for influencing design outcomes and clear ability to raise our profile and help strengthen ADP's brand in the market. Strategic growth will be what gets you out of bed in the morning. Leadership & People Management - you are a team player, a manager who knows how to get the most from people, enjoys mentoring and raising them up. You maximise on the potential within your team, and recognise individuals' success, working together to achieve premium results for our clients.
