Introduce customers to the latest promotions and featured products. Assist in executing store and team activities during monthly company events. Record customer feedback and collect contact information; report accordingly. Complete other promotional tasks as required by the store. Later Stage (Branch Director) Responsible for sales of company real estate projects in one or multiple Australian cities (apartments, villas, land). Build and manage a local sales team aligned with Australian market strategy; oversee daily management, training, and incentive programs; develop and execute sales strategies, market research, marketing planning, and sales targets. Develop sales plans, assemble/train sales teams, and expand/maintain sales channels. Monitor sales progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies for stable growth. Establish and improve customer service systems; handle complaints and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with local developers, financial institutions, and competitors to support operations. Lead and evaluate the sales team; conduct regular training on sales skills and product knowledge. Manage budget for sales and marketing activities. Education Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields. Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Work experience Industry experience: 5 years in real estate sales; at least 3 years as a team leader; experience selling apartments, land, or villas preferred. Management experience: Leading a sales team of 10 people. Event experience: Hosting real estate events such as roadshows, client appreciation events, presentations, or property tours preferred. Overseas market experience: Experience selling overseas real estate or working in Australian real estate sales preferred.
