You’ll oversee our accommodation, F&B outlets (Busby’s, the Pool Bar, and In-Room Dining), Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams — keeping the atmosphere vibrant, the operations seamless, and the standards high. Your role will see you leading and motivating a multi-skilled team, managing budgets, rosters, recruitment, training, and compliance, while working with marketing on events and activations that keep Oxford House top of mind. From check-in to last call, you’ll ensure every detail of the guest experience is exceptional. You’ll have proven experience as a Hotel or Rooms Division Manager, with confidence in both rooms and F&B operations. Strong on numbers, guest-focused, and calm under pressure, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced boutique setting.
