Senior Corporate Travel Manager | $95K-$100K OTE | Hybrid or Remote | No Weekends Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm | No Late Nights or Weekends $75K-$85K Super Bonus | OTE $95K-$100K Take the Lead in a Senior Corporate Travel Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior-level corporate travel professional to join a boutique, client-focused travel management company that values service, flexibility, and experience. As a Senior Corporate Travel Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients - trusted to handle high-touch, complex itineraries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep knowledge of the corporate travel space and is looking for flexibility in where and how they work. What You'll Be Doing Manage end-to-end corporate travel (domestic & international) for high-value clients Take ownership of complex bookings, itinerary changes, and emergency support Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and internal procedures Provide expert advice on routes, visa requirements, and travel regulations Support client technologies, including online booking tools Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and company records Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and proposals as required Act as a trusted advisor to bookers, travellers, and decision-makers What We're Looking For A senior-level travel consultant with at least 2 years in a corporate TMC environment Strong GDS skills (Amadeus preferred), and experience with Tramada or similar Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to handle complex, multi-leg itineraries and high-pressure situations Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently Able to support clients after-hours if/when required A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client care What's In It for You? $75K-$85K Super Bonus | OTE of $95K-$100K Senior position with a respected boutique TMC Hybrid or remote working - flexibility based on your experience and location Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm only - no late nights, no weekends Stable, supportive environment with no micromanagement Access to industry perks, travel discounts, and career development opportunities Work with a knowledgeable, close-knit team that values your expertise Apply Now If you're a seasoned travel professional ready to take the next step in your career and work in a flexible, people-first environment - we'd love to hear from you.
