Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join our high-performing team on an exciting $150 million project in the CBD. What You’ll Be Doing Administer contracts through our construction management software. Manage monthly PCG reports, cashflow, and progress claims. Assess and manage head contract and subcontract variations. Review and process subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, and delivery dockets. Issue and manage purchase orders. Prepare monthly prelim reports and cost forecasts. Take off quantities and estimate costs for alternative materials or methods. Ensure compliance with WHS during the tender and delivery process. What We’re Looking For 4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor. Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and risk identification. Ability to write comprehensive scope of works with a focus on constructability. Proven ability to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure legal compliance. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities. Why Join Infinity?
