About the opportunity This position is a full-time role focused on retail and trade sales, customer engagement, and building long-term client relationships. The role will include in-store responsibilities, as well as active involvement with motorsport events and car clubs. In this role, you will: Build lasting customer relationships to increase repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent the company at motorsport events and car clubs Maintain merchandising and stock presentation standards Contribute to digital and social media engagement Your work will involve assisting customers, managing sales processes, and supporting the Store Manager. Duties include providing product advice, processing transactions, maintaining accurate stock records, and delivering high standards of store presentation. You will also have opportunities to represent the company at external events and contribute to digital marketing campaigns.
