The role: This position is pivotal in shaping and delivering organisational development initiatives that support Gateways. Working closely with our Manager - HR Services & Capability, you will assist in the design and implementation of training programs that promote an engaged, collaborative and high-performing workforce. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the employee experience and workforce development. You will manage our learning management system, facilitate induction and ensure our team members are rostered into the required training they need to remain compliant in their role. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills Experience managing a Learning Management System Strong reporting and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes A positive, proactive approach and a passion for supporting team member growth and development 1- 3 years in a similar position within a medium to large organisation A tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable Why Gateways?
