About the role The Common Law Coordinator is responsible for managing all pre-litigation resolution aspects of granted common law matters. This critical role requires superior organisation, a strong foundation in Common Law and outstanding stakeholder management skills, as you will handle a high volume of matters annually within your delegated authority. In this role, you will be mentored by and will shadow the Victorian Common Law Team Manager and Senior Common Law Coordinators, advancing your knowledge of common law concepts and litigation strategies. You will be self-driven and motivated to learn about all common law concepts and litigation strategies. About the Team This role will be a part of our Victorian Common Law team, supported by a team of highly skilled and experienced Senior Common Law Coordinators and Team Manager. What we’re looking for Highly developed stakeholder management Proven experience in relationship building across the legal and medical sectors. Exceptional negotiation skills and the capacity to advocate effectively in complex situations. Common Law Experience Proven knowledge and application of dispute resolution principles and techniques, along with a demonstrated understanding of TAC’s polices and work practices. Client Engagement Demonstrated history of providing high-quality customer service and an ability to set clear expectations, ensuring clients feel informed and empowered throughout the process.
