Join a team where you’ll feel supported, recognised, and part of something bigger! ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity to work side by side with the CEO and become her right hand! You’ll take charge of her schedule, priorities, and travel, making sure her day runs smoothly and she can focus on leading the business. From coordinating meetings and following up actions to managing inboxes and keeping priorities moving, you’ll play a key role in making things happen at the top. Beyond the desk, you’ll also get involved in office life - from supporting with onboarding new starters to helping bring people together through team events. It’s a role with variety, visibility, and plenty of scope to grow your skills in a supportive, close-knit team. THE DUTIES Keep things moving at the top: Manage the CEO’s diary, emails, meetings and travel with precision and care Be the connector: Act as a first point of contact for staff, clients and stakeholders, building relationships at all levels Add value day-to-day: Take minutes, follow up actions, and support projects that matter to the CEO and the team Bring people together: Coordinate staff events, onboarding and ad hoc office support to keep the workplace humming SKILLS & EXPERIENCE This role could suit someone at different stages of their career - what matters most is attitude and initiative!
