About the Role: As the Retail Lease Administrator you will be reporting to the Head of Lease Admin and will be responsible for assisting with lease administration and general administration duties as required. Responsibilities: Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated termsLiaise with lawyers, banks & agenciesReturn executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teamsEnsure accurate documentation is issued across the retail portfolioMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leasesEnsure deposits, bank guarantees & insurances have been receivedTrack lease documentation & report on the statusSupport leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act beneficial Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & OutlookExperience in Retail Lease admin ideally 4 years Required Skills: High attention to detailExcellent written & verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience with high-volume workloads Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act is desirable Pay range and compensation package: All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
