About the role Our client is a world leading bottler and distributor of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in Australia. Having National presence across 5 major States with multiple facilities including manufacturing and logistics; we are looking for highly skilled Security Officers with experience in gatehouse logistics / data entry to manage access into their facilities while observing and reporting on all Security, Transport and Property related matters. Security team at these locations plays an important role in the logistical management, safety and security of the site. As the first point of contact visitors and staff have when entering the facility, security officers on this location need to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service. This position is available in Richlands QLD for this particular client, we encourage Officers who have worked in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments to apply for this role. Position: Casual - Rotational shifts (both Days and Night shifts) Key Tasks Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and client's requirements in order to protect the client’s employees, property and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Site patrols, Access Control and responding to incidents around the site Greeting visitors and employees, issuing keys/cards to authorized contractors and monitoring their activities for safety and compliance. Protection of people and property Report writing, Microsoft Application, advance use of Excel, word and Outlook. Monitor and use CCTV application, Emergency Management and Fire Systems.
