About the Role As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Group Contracts Administrator to oversee and support contract management across a diverse portfolio of industrial, infrastructure, mining & energy projects, ranging from $200K to $30M. This strategic role reports to the Commercial Manager and will engage closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and regions. This role is based in Brisbane, Australia, with occasional international travel to project sites as required. Travel will be project-driven and not part of a regular roster. Key Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence. Risk and Compliance Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, including the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (BIF Act). Maintain and update risk registers and ensure compliance with company policies. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication. Provide regular updates to senior management on contract performance and issues. Assist in dispute resolution and negotiation processes as required. What You Bring Experience in contracts administration within the construction industry. Understanding of Australian Standard contracts and BIF Act compliance. Ability to manage multiple contracts across large-scale, high-risk projects. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and attention to detail. Benefits Career development opportunity.
