Managed Property Solutions is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Handyman or qualified tradesperson to join our growing team. Based out of our Dudley Park office, the successful candidate will report to the Construction Supervisor and will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and construction tasks across residential and commercial properties throughout Adelaide. This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Undertake a variety of maintenance and construction tasks, including carpentry, repairs, painting, installations, touch-ups, and general property upkeep. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including timesheets, materials, and job notes. Source and manage materials required for jobs. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Follow all workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE on job sites. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in property maintenance or a construction-related role. Trade qualifications (such as Cert III in Carpentry or similar) are highly regarded but not essential. White Card and a valid South Australian driver's licence. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail. What We Offer Full-time role (40 hours per week) with flexibility for the right candidate.
