You’ll report to our People, Education & Culture Lead , and work alongside two other national leaders in Sales & Marketing and Franchise Operations . Why You'll Love This Role Permanent part-time position (approx. 15–20 hrs/week) Work on-site in our Hawthorn office (with flexibility review after onboarding) Supportive and values-led national team Opportunities for growth and professional development OsteoStrong membership benefits for you your immediate family Make a meaningful impact in a growing brand that supports people’s health and strength What You’ll Be Doing Provide administrative support to three national leaders Organise and maintain internal resources, SOPs, documentation and shared files Assist in updating training content and resources within our LMS (ELMO) Help coordinate branded marketing templates and internal campaigns (Canva, Meta) Manage calendars, reminders, task lists and team comms Support internal project tracking and light reporting tasks Assist with onboarding and communication tools for our franchise network What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in administration or coordination roles High attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management Strong communication skills – written and verbal Confidence using Microsoft 365 (inc. Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, Canva (and ideally a LMS) A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Fast learner of in-house programs Friendly, reliable, and a natural team player Interest in health, wellness and growth is a bonus!
