Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Concreters with a strong background in formwork and precast concrete production . Successful candidates will join a highly skilled team, working in an off-site production facility, assembling and preparing high-quality concrete elements for commercial and civil projects. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and adaptable individuals who are seeking long-term, ongoing opportunities with the potential to transition into full-time employment with the client. Candidates who meet the selection criteria will be invited to participate in an induction session , followed by a paid trial day in the factory. What We’re Looking For Proven trade experience as a Steel Fixer, Carpenter, Concreter, or Formworker Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead by example Capability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong awareness of and adherence to workplace health and safety practices Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job A valid driver’s licence and own transport to and from site Key Responsibilities Setting up formwork and fixing steel reinforcement Preparing sites and pouring concrete Smoothing, finishing, and patching concrete elements Assembling moulds and installing fittings Reading and interpreting construction and shop drawings Complying with QA and production standards Performing general labouring, carpentry, and reinforcing tasks Executing detailed earthworks and cast-in installations Constructing formwork for slabs, columns, and other structural components Collaborating on slab layout and preparation activities Benefits & Incentives Overtime rates and penalty rates where applicable Performance-based bonuses Long-term opportunities with potential for full-time conversion Immediate start for successful candidates Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion We value and respect the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives our people bring.
