Do you have strong communication skills, using rapport to optimise your clinical outcomes and are able to adapt your communication style to ensure effective education of patients? Do you want to progress your physiotherapy knowledge and continue to develop your repertoire of skills? Do you want to provide expert manual therapy? Can you employ reflective practice to identify patients you need further support with, to optimise your clinical management? If you answered yes to these questions, you'll love working at Carlton Physiotherapy Centre. The job: 30 hours available. Must be available on Thursdays. No weekend work ever. 45 minute initial consultations and 30 min reviews to give you time to provide quality treatment. Fortnightly supervision sessions with a Titled Musc. Physio, weekly inservices/team meetings, and monthly mentoring lunches on the business. Admin time and breaks protected in your diary. We aim for 85% diary occupancy so you don't need to take work home with you. PD allowance $1000 pro rata for external PD. Annual pay increases and bonus pay structure with remuneration well above the award rates. Remuneration to reflect the successful candidates private practice experience and years post graduation.
