Working as part of a small team, this role will include: Assist the Director and General Manager: With professional correspondence. Scheduling meeting organization. Documentation and record keeping. Provide administrative support particularly in relation to Work Health and Safety including: Providing document control for Eclipse Soils' WHS system. Maintaining WHS content to ensure it is up to date and accurate. Coordinating the reporting and distribution of WHS information. Providing general WHS administrative support. To be successful, you will: Have demonstrable experience in similar administration and coordination support roles. Possess high proficiency in SharePoint, the MS Office Suite, and competency in using software solutions. Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and excel in developing and maintaining diverse stakeholder relationships. Manage competing priorities with sound time management skills. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Hold a valid current driver's license.
