The opportunity We are looking for an approvals superstar to help us lodge and follow up on swimming pool approvals. You will be reviewing documents to identify easements and planning restrictions before our drafting team starts working on the plans The role will involve working closely with private certifiers and a specialist who prepares and lodges our DA’s There will be many forms to get customers to sign, and you will be ensuring that all payments have been made to avoid any delays in approvals. About you You will thrive on a challenge and be comfortable focusing on multiple projects at a time. A keen eye for detail will be required, and it would be great if you have experience with a CRM, as you will be adding notes to job cards whenever you touch a project Ideally, you will have had experience in the construction industry and are familiar with the NSW Planning Portal. A basic understanding of MYOB would be helpful to raise invoices and check on payments.
