You’ll bring:A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or related5 years’ project delivery experience, including on the client-sideProven experience across seniors living or residential, and commercial, projectsStrong contract admin and stakeholder management skillsKeen risk identification and management and commercial awareness What You’ll Be DoingLeading end-to-end project deliveryManaging consultants, contractors, and authority relationshipsOverseeing procurement, contracts, inspections and superintendencyDriving performance across time, cost, quality and scopeIdentifying and resolving project risks earlyReporting to directors with full delivery accountability Sound Like You?
