About the Role: We are looking for a motivated LNG Commercial & Operations Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop a career in the LNG industry with a strong interest in commercial operations, contract management, and business planning. You will support daily LNG and domestic gas transactions, contract administration, and assist in financial reporting and budgeting activities. Key Responsibilities: Support daily LNG, Domestic Gas, and ACCU transactions, including sales proceeds and tolling fees. Assist in managing lifting agreements, production allocation agreements, and sales contracts with buyers. Prepare and update reports such as monthly financial summaries and quarterly revenue forecasts. Participate in annual business planning and budgeting processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate with buyers regarding LNG offtake and surplus cargo. Prepare internal approval documents and support contract implementation activities. Requirements: LNG industry experience is not mandatory, but candidates should be comfortable with managing numerical data and handling contract documents. Experience in contract management, financial reporting. Strong skills in cross-functional coordination and communication. Ability to perform detailed tasks accurately and precisely. Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude toward developing new skills. Strong understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language skills are an advantage.
