In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily service delivery, mentor leaders and frontline teams, and ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer to streamline systems, drive growth, and create an environment where both participants and staff thrive.What you’ll be doing:Overseeing daily operations across multiple service areas to ensure efficient, compliant, and participant-focused deliveryLeading and mentoring Team Leaders, Coordinators, and frontline staffMonitoring rosters, staffing levels, and shift coverage to maintain quality supportSupporting the development of participant care plans and risk assessmentsEnsuring compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding FrameworkDriving training, professional development, and workforce capabilityBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders, healthcare providers, and allied servicesLeading quality improvement projects and internal auditsOverseeing documentation, data accuracy, and reportingSupporting the Managing Director with funding compliance and strategic service planningWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience in an operations or service coordination role in disability/community servicesStrong leadership and team management skillsSound knowledge of NDIS policies, funding, and complianceExperience with complex needs and/or dual diagnosesKnowledge of AOD-related issues in disability services (desirable)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems (Brevity experience a plus)Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsA commitment to inclusive, person-centred, and culturally safe practiceDriver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and relevant clearancesThe offer:Competitive salary, aligned with industry standards and experienceFlexible work arrangements, with a base in Ballarat & BallanThe chance to be part of a progressive, values-driven organisation making real impactIf you’re ready to lead with purpose and help shape the future of disability support in regional Victoria, we’d love to hear from you.
