This role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and wants to help shape services that go beyond the standard.You’ll be the driving force behind quality, person-centred residential support, ensuring our participants feel safe, respected, and empowered — while also leading staff to deliver their very best.What you’ll do:Lead, mentor, and support SIL teams to maintain high-quality, person-centred servicesEnsure services are culturally safe, trauma-informed, and aligned with participant goalsOversee participant onboarding, needs assessments, and smooth transitions into SILCollaborate with the Community Services Lead to maintain a consistent service experienceSupport rostering, staffing levels, and shift coverage, including out-of-hours on-call (1 weekend every 6 weeks)Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission StandardsDrive continuous improvement and address service delivery gapsSupport staff onboarding, inductions, and ongoing trainingBuild strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholdersMaintain accurate, compliant documentation and reportingWhat you’ll bring:Leadership experience in disability, mental health, or community servicesStrong understanding of NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission StandardsProven ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple locationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsHigh-level organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesMinimum Certificate IV in Community Services (or relevant field)NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and Driver’s LicenceThe offer:Full-time, permanent role with competitive salary aligned to experienceBase in Ballan & Ballarat, with flexible/remote optionsA values-driven, supportive work environment where innovation is encouragedThe opportunity to lead services that genuinely change livesIf you’re ready to lead with purpose and help us set a new standard in residential disability support, we’d love to hear from you.
