About the Role OccuMED's Client Service Officers are the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of medical services at our clinics. We currently have 2 full-time positions available at our clinics located in: Fremantle Redcliffe Parking facilities are available at both locations and Fremantle train station is within walking distance of our Fremantle clinic. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Manage clinic reception and communication with patients and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage patient appointments and in-clinic workflow. Accurately and efficiently process and deliver medical results within set timeframes. About You While experience in any medical field (particularly occupational medicine) is highly regarded, strong skills in customer service and administration are essential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to further their career in the medical sector.
