About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join a supportive Home Care Services Team in South Eastern Sydney. You'll work across our Active Life Studio and in the community, supporting clients to maintain or improve their health and fitness through evidence-based treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality assessments and treatment across a wide range of chronic conditions Facilitate falls prevention programs, group exercise classes, and hydrotherapy sessions Design and implement tailored physiotherapy programs Work collaboratively with a motivated, multidisciplinary team This is a permanent full-time position, however a part-time opportunity may also be considered.
