What this job involves This position is responsible for the end-to-end occupant and guest experience within the Sydney workplace while coordinating consistent human-centric experiences across ANZ. The role places human experience at the core of all service delivery, workplace activities need as human-centric and engagement focused as possible, with team management, site operations, service contracts, sourcing, procurement and financial decisions made with this ultimate target of Delight in mind, while maintaining safe, inclusive, sustainable and social working practices throughout all we do. Duties & responsibilities Develop comprehensive Experience Roadmap - Create and implement Sydney-specific human experience strategies aligned with ANZ-wide standards and human-centered design methodologies Lead employee engagement initiatives - Drive programs focused on wellness, community engagement, and workplace culture that enhance belonging, productivity, and workplace pride Coordinate ANZ-wide experience delivery - Ensure consistent implementation of human experience standards across all regional locations while supporting account-level initiatives Manage and develop high-performing teams - Foster inclusive environments, develop customer-centric capabilities, identify top talent, and transform them into influential experience champions Oversee comprehensive event management - Coordinate workplace events from concept to execution, including room setups, catering, equipment, and HSE compliance across ANZ locations Drive Food & Beverage excellence - Manage F&B initiatives that align with wellness and sustainability goals while ensuring quality and consistency across all locations Optimize space planning and utilization - Process space requests, conduct audits, support workplace optimization strategies, and collaborate with design teams for functional spaces Execute strategic sourcing and procurement - Purchase goods and services while ensuring compliance with client requirements, JLL ethics, and cost reduction targets Deliver strong financial performance - Meet or exceed KPI targets, maintain comprehensive reporting metrics, and ensure contract compliance with performance indicators Lead workplace innovation and digitalization - Implement technology platforms, automation, sensors, and touchless solutions while driving critical experience projects in sustainability and D&I Sounds exciting?
