About the RoleAs a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you'll be the conductor of candy-fueled creative operations. Working across seasonal campaigns, product launches, shoots and trade events - your mission is to ensure that Universal Candy's flair, fun, and unmatched brand portfolio are front and centre. Whether you're coordinating a Trolli launch, orchestrating Warheads point-of-sale displays, or syncing with our gourmet and beverage divisions, you'll be instrumental in bringing our innovative ideas to life and making confectionery campaigns shine. What You’ll Do● Agency Coordination – Collaborate with external marketing partner (Agency) to deliver social media content, brand ambassadorships, campaigns, and activations that support our brand objectives.● Campaign & Creative Coordination – Collaborate with our Agency to manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and project execution.● Event & Internal Activation Support – Assist with the planning and delivery of internal and external activations—from trade shows and seasonal launches to team workshops.● Admin & Asset Management – Help maintain marketing assets, update brand documentation, manage invoices, and ensure compliance across all brand materials.● Cross-Division Collaboration – Work closely with the Licensing, Gourmet, Beverage, and Seasonal teams to align marketing execution across divisions. What We’re Looking For● Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.● Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.● Strong desktop skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, or similar) and willingness to pick up new tools.● Experience in project coordination, preferably in marketing or creative areas.● Experience within FMCG, especially confectionery or retail, is a plus.
