What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that\'s all part of the fun. This will give you the flavour of the type of things you\'ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for helping scale our Canva product offerings. You’ll be a seasoned product marketer who has experience conducting market research, steering product roadmaps, launching products and driving adoption. As the subject matter expert for your portfolio, you will align & enable internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support), as well as drive 360 communication loops and visibility across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for building cross functional deliverables such as personas, positioning & messaging, competitive analysis, launch plans, funnel analysis and internal enablement assets. You’ll have the expertise to work autonomously on high impact initiatives and become a cross functional glue across sales, product and marketing. You're probably a match if You bring 6 years of product marketing experience, or at least 4 years in a marketing-facing role within a product-led organisation (think: delivering customer presentations, running competitor analysis, or conducting market research). You have exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence and alignment around your product strategies. You’re great at building strong, cross-functional relationships with teams across product, marketing, sales, strategy, CHT, and research. You can spot business challenges and opportunities early, forecast their impact, and prioritise the right solutions and resources. You’ve led complex, cross-functional strategies and know how to influence senior stakeholders to drive outcomes. You have a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs—and you love sharing insights to shape product direction, messaging, and GTM strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, juggling multiple priorities while staying focused on impact. You bring a growth mindset - eager to learn, adapt, and stretch yourself as Canva continues scaling rapidly. You’re energised by solving customer problems and enjoy working closely with product teams to create world-class experiences.
