Degree-qualified with CA/CPA progression or completion to CTA or Masters of Tax would be beneficial. 5 years’ experience with a solid tax compliance background and tax technical knowledge, including writing and presenting detailed tax advice to clients, and the ability to conduct independent research and decipher legislation. Experience managing a portfolio of tax compliance and advisory clients, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver high levels of client service. Leadership is a key component; you will lead and mentor your team, fostering professional development, upskilling, and expanding technical knowledge. Responsibilities Integral to the role will be the provision of seamless taxation advisory and compliance services to a range of clients across a broad range of sectors. The role provides a balanced mix of compliance and advisory, with opportunities to expand your skills and tax technical knowledge. Experience with Australian tax advice and solutions for private and public corporate clients in a specialist corporate tax division or a business services team with a strong tax focus is essential.
