We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead Private Dining to augment our portfolio and accelerate growth. The role embodies a GM mindset, co-owns revenue goals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. Responsibilities Craft the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, strategy and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with company goals. Set a roadmap that considers buy, build and partner avenues. Own the business outcomes in collaboration with GTM leaders: drive adoption, engagement and monetization through new businesses. Exceptional Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering, design, partnerships and marketing to test, learn and iterate quickly. Lead, mentor and inspire a team of product managers; foster innovation, customer centricity and collaboration; invest in elevating product craft. Data Driven: champion a customer-centric, data-driven, market-aware approach and implement research and data-driven insights. Scale: define processes that enable new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum. Qualifications 10 years of experience in product management with 6 years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies. Significant experience building 0→1 consumer or marketplace products and scaling them. Experience defining and driving a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales; monetization experience preferred. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market lifecycle.
