An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic and operational leader to join Master Builders SA, overseeing and leading the well-established Group Training Organisation (GTO) supporting apprenticeships in the construction industry. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by driving performance, compliance and safety across this dynamic and evolving sector. Responsibilities The Program Director – Future Careers will lead the daily operations of the GTO, managing apprentice recruitment, placement and supervision. The role focuses on achieving KPIs in placement, retention and completion, while ensuring compliance with training standards, WHS and employment laws. Key responsibilities include building strategic partnerships to maximise funding, fostering a culture of safety and development, overseeing financial performance and staying informed of industry trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with experience in managing a business or division, teamed with a passion for mentoring and developing others’ careers. You will possess solid operational and compliance knowledge, along with proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
