This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving technical excellence, business growth, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of new build and remediation projects. Responsibilities Leading and delivering façade engineering projects from concept through to construction, ensuring high technical standards and compliance Providing technical leadership, mentoring and professional development for your team Supporting regional strategic planning, financial management, and business growth initiatives Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Actively participating in industry events, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance Inhabit’s profile Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and project outcomes Qualifications Qualifications in Civil Engineering / Architecture (or related field), with demonstrated experience in the facades industry Proven experience as a design / engineering manager within a consultancy environment Proactive and displays initiative, responding effectively to changing needs Strong problem solving and conducts thorough analysis before making decisions Strong organisational skills to manage design administration, compliance and documentation within identified project deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Additional Information Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
