What You’ll Do Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and a successful handoff to Customer Success, ensuring a seamless client experience. Pipeline Management and Conversion: Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking opportunities and demonstrating a consistent ability to advance deals through all stages. Showcase Value: Articulate and sell IAS’s full suite of measurement, optimisation, ROI solutions to agencies and effectively differentiate IAS from competitors. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across agencies. Achieve Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals as a key member of the region’s top-performing sales team. Collaborate to Succeed: Work with Customer Success to develop tailored growth strategies for key business portfolios and engage with the broader Sydney team through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Be Accountable: Adhere to internal operational procedures, including timely updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), regular meeting attendance, and contributions to shared planning documents. Communicate Effectively: Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients during core business hours via Slack, email, and phone. Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience in an Account Executive or similar role, with a record of closing significant new business and meeting quotas. Sales Skills: Strategic and analytical mindset to understand client needs, position solutions, and craft compelling proposals. Accountability: Accurate sales forecasting using tools like Salesforce and strong personal accountability for daily activities and adherence to processes.
