What You Will Do In this field-based role, strengthen our presence within your assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers, and wholesalers. Provide expert advice and training to customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products. Utilise customer insights and data to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions. Present and promote products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events. Handle customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations. Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to stay competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.
