Responsibilities Engage in electronic project design and development activities including concept, feasibility, schematic capture, PCB artwork, verification, test and manufacture. Act as a product lead and subject matter expert, guiding clients and project teams. Contribute to the development of the hardware team by improving your own capabilities and developing junior colleagues. Ensure quality standards are met in line with the company’s quality management system. Estimate current and potential work for the hardware team. Perform technical reviews for hardware designs and documents. Act as technical contact to clients and project managers for electronics design matters. Contribute to improving hardware design processes, procedures, systems and documentation. Minimum Criteria (Qualifications) Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a working visa. Hold a relevant degree from a reputable university (e.g., Bachelor of Electronics Engineering). Have worked as a professional electronics design engineer for 7 or more years. Be registered as a professional engineer in Victoria (if based in Victoria). Be competent in the design of analog and digital electronics. Have experience in the design of electronic products from concept to manufacture. Be proficient in Altium schematic capture and PCB layout. Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
