The Role The Gymnastic Coaches will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback. Whilst this is a part time position, you may be required to work some weekends and evenings to cater for the hours of the centre. What You Provide Passion to learn – Whether you have lots or no experience or qualifications but are willing to learn everything you can about this amazing sport. Experience working with children – babysitter, mum, teacher - you have the talent to deliver a healthy balance of fun and authority that engages any age group. Desire to be brilliant – you may not have the desired qualification but you do have the drive and the ambition to reach for the stars. Individual and team player – you are a proactive, outside the box thinker who can lead a team with wisdom and follow directions with pride.
