Business Development Manager (High Security Manufacture) Business Development Manager (High Security Manufacture) 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the high-security engineering, manufacturing sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business development across the high-security, government and Tier 1 specialist building sectors. As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and proven track record in securing new clients and expanding market share. This is a full-time position based in Derrimut, Victoria . What you'll be doing Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including Government and Tier 1 & 2 contractors. Drive growth in targeted industry segments through strategic initiatives. Manage quotations and tenders with accuracy, ensuring alignment with company procedures and commercial standards. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to win new clients and projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts and performance to senior management. Implement strategies to reduce environmental impact in line with EMS standards. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the B2B/B2G markets. Demonstrated success in selling to Government and Tier 1 & 2 contractors.
