We’re excited to be recruiting two experienced Garment Technicians to join a leading fashion brand – one specialising in Womenswear and one in Menswear. These are fantastic opportunities to play a key role in ensuring fit, quality, and construction standards are consistently achieved across product ranges. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days working from home, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility. Key Responsibilities Conduct fit sessions and ensure garment fit, construction, and quality standards are met. Work closely with designers, product developers, and offshore suppliers to maintain brand consistency. Review technical packs, size specifications, and samples, providing clear technical feedback. Manage sample approval processes and ensure timelines are adhered to. Troubleshoot technical issues and support product development through to production. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Garment Technician within Womenswear or Menswear (depending on role). Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, and fit standards. Confident in leading fit sessions and communicating technical requirements. Ability to work cross-functionally with design, buying, and supplier teams.
