Position: Cleaning Supervisor Contract: Permanent Part-Time Location: Cherry Creek Youth Justice, Little River, VIC Pay rate: $35.32 per hour plus Super Shift Times: Monday to Friday from 07:45 PM to 01:00 AM What You Need Excellent communication, organization and people skills Reliable vehicle and full driver’s licence Ability to kneel, lift, and stand for 4 hours Experience in periodic cleaning and supervising teams Current National Police Check (under 6 months) Valid Employee Working with Children Card Ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol tests Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Lead and supervise a team of around ten cleaning staff Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized: offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal spaces, and foyers Perform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and surfaces Carry out periodic cleaning tasks: strip & seal, carpet cleaning, window cleaning Conduct bio-cleaning when required Maintain high cleanliness standards through effective team leadership Communicate clearly and foster a positive, collaborative work environment What We Offer You 450 retailer discounts incl.
