We are a technology integrator, specialising in the delivery of network solutions that ensure the reliable delivery of vital services such as water, gas, electricity, public transport and emergency services The Role Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, the General Manager - RSS will be responsible for developing and leading the RSS team. The General Manager - RSS’s day-to-day responsibilities will include: The development and management of long term business growth. The identification and development of new product/solution business concepts specific to the business unit. Development of effective business strategies to achieve the business unit objectives. Implementation and development of strategic plans in line with the Business Plan. Development, control and implementation of effective and efficient processes and procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines and ISO9001. Effective product development management. Identify, review and act on potential risks to the business unit and the company. Ensure Tender, Contract and Conclusion Reviews for the business unit are conducted in accordance with corporate QA Policy. Essential Requirements: Degree in Engineering or similar formal qualification in Electrical or Electronics. 10 years experience in a Senior Management role. 5 years experience in a business development and sales based role. 5 years experience in project management or similar role. Excellent Leadership skills. Interest in Technology and Innovation. High level interpersonal and communications skills.
