We are currently recruiting for individuals with Wholesale or Retail experience who are keen to join our Wholesale team for a Parental Leave 12-month Fixed term contract. About the role This role is responsible for assisting the Wholesale Manager. Client Relationship Management including customer service liaison including timely responses to customer requests and maintaining service levels of fulfilment, delivery timing and invoicing accuracy in accordance with company and customers’ requirements. Seasonal Sales Campaign assistance with the seasonal showroom set up, sales appointments, order entry, administration required for the seasonal sales campaign and samples management. Management of Inventory including assistance with the planning of seasonal drops, management of all returns, coordination of Logistics according to seasonal intakes and customer delivery schedules including EDI tracking, invoicing and forecasting dispatch. Management of Daily Invoices, cross dock and weekly intake reports. Logistics assistance with administration including data entry, sales order processing and deliveries, including EDI processing in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, management of the Seasonal ATOM tracker for specified brands, point of contact for Milan for deliveries and management of and maintenance of the seasonal availability reports as well as assistance with the deliveries for multibrand clients.
