Learn more about us: http://www.uniquelaser.com.au About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our Sydney team, based out of our Wetherill Park facility. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth. What You'll Be Doing Manage and grow key customer accounts with care and precision. Collaborate with our Technical Estimators and Customer Service team to deliver tailored manufacturing and pricing solutions. Represent Unique Metals Laser in client meetings and industry events. Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales targets across new and existing clients. Build strong client relationships and integrate them into our manufacturing workflow. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales or marketing within the steel or building industry. A current open Australian driver's licence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong background in client relationship management and face-to-face sales. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Experience with social media, marketing, and industry networking is a plus. Why Join Us?
