Role Overview: Are you a high-energy, driven landscaper looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking proactive and hands-on Landscapers with a minimum of 1 -3 years of experience. In this role, you will ensure that your work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Design & Installation: Implement practical landscape designs, including planting schemes, irrigation systems, and the installation of hard landscaping features. Maintenance & Horticulture: Execute routine maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting. Site Management: Conduct site assessments and collaborate with team members to manage project timelines, ensure safety compliance, and meet client requirements. Client Engagement: Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, ensuring their vision is realized through each project. Compliance & Safety: Maintain a high standard of safety and adhere to industry best practices during all project phases. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience in landscaping, gardening, or related horticultural work A strong understanding of landscape installation, maintenance practices, and sustainable methods Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Own vehicle with tow hitch A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites within Perth & south of the river.
