Our organisation provides many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assist some of Victoria’s most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. Little bit about the role In this role, you will partner closely with the Group to support, coach and develop the team in designing, delivering and executing learning initiatives that foster a strong learning culture. You will focus on achieving compliance targets, meeting accreditation requirements and delivering innovative learning solutions grounded in adult learning principles. A key part of your role will involve partnering, project delivery, stakeholder management and change management to drive strategic objectives and meaningful change. Your expertise in adult learning design will be essential to delivering high-quality learning outcomes. Your responsibilities Design, develop and deliver custom training materials Use of eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions (articulate Rise desirable) Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials and storyboards Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver a learning strategy to improve organisational compliance and develop a learning culture Facilitate training and team workshops (face to face and via Teams) Travel across Victoria as required to facilitate training Facilitate Train the Trainer as required Build stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and proactively offer training and learning solutions and support Partner with the business and business partners to understand upcoming learning requirements About you You are a passionate Learning & Development professional with a strong foundation in learning theories and instructional design. You thrive on creating impactful learning experiences and have the skills to manage projects and build meaningful relationships across the business. You bring a blend of creativity, drive, and collaboration to every initiative you lead. Strong understanding of various learning theories, instructional design models and adult learning principles Practical experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives Proven ability in project delivery, project management, change management and stakeholder management Skilled in designing and delivering blended learning solutions Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating with subject matter experts Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software and other L&D technology platforms Innovative thinker and problem solver, driven to deliver and achieve targets Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and facilitation skills Great collaborator with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Why work for us?
