Key Responsibilities As the Practice Manager, you will lead a thriving dental clinic with substantial autonomy, taking full ownership of daily operations and driving innovative solutions that bring to life an efficient, contemporary, and patient-focused environment. You will mentor, develop, and support the team to uphold the practice’s strong culture, while ensuring the appointment books remain optimised by implementing strategies that maximise patient flow and clinic efficiency. Your role will strike a balance between being actively present with patient interactions whilst managing back-office functions, enabling you to deliver a seamless and exceptional patient experience. You will analyse data, produce reports, and identify opportunities for operational, sales and performance improvements, all while fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. You will ensure the clinic runs smoothly, leveraging advanced technology, AI tools, and progressive systems to streamline workflows. To be considered for the role, you will have: Significant experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role is required. A dental background is preferred but not essential. Proven leadership, people management, and coaching skills Highly task-oriented and commercially astute Proficiency in using practice management software and other relevant technologies; data analysis and AI tools Ability to drive a successful practice using effective marketing strategies and innovative skills.
