People & Culture Advisor (Graduate) | Melbourne-Based | Permanent We’re looking for a 2024 HR Graduate to join our Melbourne team in an entry-level role supporting our Retail leaders and dealing with lower level ER and case management. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings maturity, confidence, and a people-focused approach, and who has gained some exposure to generalist HR —ideally through experience in a mid-sized company or Retail business. You’ll be assisting with low-complexity cases and engaging with our Area Managers across the business, so strong communication and sound judgment are essential. What we’re looking for: A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Some hands-on HR experience in a mid-sized company, internship, or office-based role. Casual retail or hospitality experience during studies is a bonus, you’ll understand the pace of retail and operations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Confident, organised, and proactive communicator who works well with others.
