We’re seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and amplify our brand presence in a competitive market. About the Role You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support sales growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing with business objectives and drive results through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing : Develop and manage digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn strategies, to target B2B audiences, nurture leads, and enhance professional networking. Content Creation : Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs and SEO-optimised articles, and coordinate webinars, from planning and promotion to execution and follow-up, to engage prospects and demonstrate product value. Event Coordination : Plan and execute participation in trade events, conferences, and industry expos, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event lead follow-up to maximise ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing marketing collateral, lead generation insights, and campaign performance reports. Performance Analysis and Optimisation : Track, analyse, and report on marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Brand Management : Maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. Budget Management : Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across digital, content, and event initiatives while seeking cost-effective opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : 5 years in marketing roles, preferably in a software, SaaS, or tech sales environment, with proven success in digital marketing campaigns. Digital Expertise : Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn marketing. Content and Event Skills : Experience creating and promoting blogs and webinars (using relevant tools) and managing trade events, from logistics to lead capture. Analytical Abilities : Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools; ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Collaboration and Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively with sales teams; strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and presentations. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Preferred Skills Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing. Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies in a B2B context. Creative design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials. Must be enthusiastic, motivated, friendly and a Team Player Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum (plus Superannuation).
