With its headquarters based in Dandenong South and operating Monday to Friday, the group has an additional warehouse in Perth and three retail outlets. The company now seeks a Finance and Operations Team Leader to join the group in a permanent, full-time role. Reporting to the Director you will oversee the Finance function, including two AP and AR staff members. Your role will incorporate financial and management reporting, BAS, Tax, End of Month/Year, Reconciliations, Cashflow and Payroll using MYOB. You will also provide operational leadership in the broader business and work as a key member of ad hoc project teams. Presenting with a formal Accounting qualification and Finance experience, you will have an adaptable, can-do approach that lends itself to a small to medium business environment. You will enjoy working on projects, with previous exposure to an ERP/software implementation/integration being well-regarded.
