Carry out kit assembly and dispatch for the local office location and assist with sending stock and instruments to and from interstate to ensure adequate supply and best kit usage around all locations in Australia. Effectively assemble orthopedic instrument kits independently and dispatch on daily basis in order of priority and stock availability as per the SAP kit diary. Use the ERP system to keep an accurate record of all dispatch and returns to ensure accurate records are maintained. Check kit returns and ensure they are visually clean, functional, and accurate against Bill of Materials. Liaise with the Hospitals and Loan Kit Co-Ordinator regarding any missing instruments. Assist the Loan Kit Co-Ordinator on stock control and order stock as instructed, including replacement for damaged or out of date stock
