What You’ll Do:Prioritise the warehouse—Keep it safe, efficient, and humming with productive energy.Champion logistics—Support the seamless delivery of our programs in NSW, and across the countrySupport the Be Challenged Buzz—Be part of the action and help to facilitate energising programs that leave a lasting impact on all participantsDrive improvement—Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and elevate our operations, though efficient systems and processes What You Bring:An eye for detail A passion for clear and efficient systems and processesA collaborative spirit and a strong sense of accountabilityA commitment to workplace safetyThe ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a committed and passionate teamA self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative to solve problems in the best interests of our clients and our team The Process:Applications from candidates with prior experience in logistics and warehousing are welcome; however, Be Challenged also welcomes applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
